Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made through the Fajr website.

Article 2 – Products 

The products offered for sale include hijabs, fashion accessories, and textile items.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color may occur depending on the screen or device used to view them.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) or United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

Fajr reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

Article 4 – Orders

Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

An order confirmation email will be sent once payment has been successfully completed.

Article 5 – Payment

Payments are secure and may be made using:

  • Credit or debit card

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • PayPal (where available)

Article 6 – Shipping

Orders may be delivered to:

  • France

  • United Arab Emirates

  • Selected international destinations

Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process.

Fajr shall not be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returned products must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In their original packaging

  • With all original tags attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 8 – Defective Products

Any product received in a defective condition must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographic evidence.

Article 9 – Liability

Fajr shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the products sold.

Article 10 – Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
